Brethren, it was only ten days ago that the administration of our country changed. It did not change for the better – and for that, I’m sorely disappointed. America is an empire in decline. Not only am I disappointed, 75 to 125 million hard working Americans are disillusioned at what was foisted upon them.
In today’s sermon we will be looking at the state of the Church and the nation as we seem determined to take the plunge over the precipice. But, our great God on His sovereign throne knows better than we do – and His Plan (not ours) is right on schedule. All things are not continuing as always before.
It is He, the most High Creator God, who rules the earth, and sets up our leaders – the basest of men – as He has done so many times before (Daniel 4:17). We are just that close to losing the blessings of Abraham that God has bestowed on America!
Genesis 22:17 In blessing, I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply your offspring as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
Genesis 22:18 And in [your children Abraham] shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Abraham was the one who was obedient! Not us. Brethren, we have seen it – we have been blessed to live it! God has not blessed the entire globe in the same way.
God has unmistakably blessed only the Birthright nations of Ephraim and Manasseh as He promised Abraham He would do. The world does not know that! But we know where our national blessings have come from.
Americans have received from God Almighty more great physical blessings of freedom, wealth, and military power than any nation on earth has ever enjoyed. We have had four years of National Greatness – and for that we are exceedingly grateful.
Middle-Class family income increased more than five times the gains during the entire previous administration.
More Americans were employed than ever before – nearly 160 million.
The America economy experienced the most rapid Gross Domestic Product growth ever recorded.
An indicator of the financial strength of America, the DOW Jones Average closed above 20,000 for the first time in 2017 and in three years topped 30,000.
Brethren, though we do not have a penny of stock – that is something to watch. In one week of the new administration – the Stock Market is already in shambles over the little man trying to gain his share—where the titans of commerce and industry have always prevailed!
Small business confidence hit a new high. Manufacturing optimism nearly doubled. Business confidence was higher in America than in any other G7 or European Union country. Because of fewer taxes for Americans, over $1.5 trillion was repatriated back into the United States from overseas.
One blessing I particularly appreciated was the loosening of the heavy hand of control: One of the previous Administration’s Accomplishments was to successfully roll back burdensome regulatory overreach – allowing for tremendous expansion of our God given natural resources.
American farming and agriculture have had a friend in the White House – but no more. The list of Administration Accomplishments is long – I could go on and on…
A Great Awakening was going on. Our country became safer. Outer space was opened up for exploration. Our National Defense was greatly enhanced.
America fought for a free and democratic world in which the people choose their leaders by honest voting. Americans no longer had to apologize to other nations for our national exceptionalism.
Those are blessings from God. We Americans did not do that. America is still God’s people Israel. It was God who opened the gates of heaven for our abundant blessings. Brethren, all that and much more is about to change!
The Great Reset is at the door.
Brethren, in case you have not noticed it, there is a great juggernaut, a huge, powerful, and overwhelming force against God, Law, Godliness, descending on our nation. This force is a malignant tsunami sweeping America away – and bringing in the great darkness of a communist style socialism in its wake. To the simple-minded the idea of socialism is sold as generosity to the poor. In reality, socialism starves a nation by killing the spirit and talent of virtuous people. No nation has ever survived being a socialist state.
“This is the most serious national crisis we have ever faced,” Dr. Peter Navarro.
The new administration wishes to dilute God’s blessings of Nationalism. They wish to become Globalists.
Xi Jinping, (Shee JinPing) President of the People’s Republic of China proclaimed last week at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and I quote, “There is only one earth – and one shared future for humanity.” As nice as that sounds, what Xi Jinping is working toward is one shared future under a Communist Chinese totalitarian socialist slave-state government.
“There is only one earth – and one shared future for humanity.” Brethren, that is Globalism. And Globalism will be the foundation for the Beast Power.
China plans to lead the world into the future, and too many of our Washington bureaucrats have linked their futures to China.
By not recognizing God as the giver of our blessings, the Globalists insist that America has become great at the expense of other nations.
Believe God – not the fake news media. We just saw what America and Britain have done for the nations of the world:
Genesis 22:18 And in [your children Abraham] shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Not the other way around. America and Britain have not become great at the expense of other nations. God blessed America and Britain.
Jesus says to watch as the Globalists reduce the Birthright nations of Ephraim and Manasseh to the status of third world countries. Some of you are thinking, “That will never happen.” You say that because you do not know your biblical history of how Assyria and Babylon took Israel and Judah into captivity.
Israel and Judah were as smart as we are today. Israel and Judah were prosperous and industrious – but they did not serve God. They profaned the Sabbath and practiced Idolatry. God was displeased with Israel and Judah then.
God is displeased with America and England – today. God recorded the demise of Israel and Judah (our ancestors) in the Bible – because the same thing is about to happen to us.
Personally, I did not think that things pertaining to Godliness could go so wrong so fast in our country. Politics, government, financial markets, epidemics, religion, etc., everything is so unstable and volatile.
How soon will this volatility constitute a crisis?
Momentous things are taking place – some are irreversible – some are existential – our nation’s future is at stake. It is more than unsettling.
While unity is being heralded, extraordinary disunity and division are the reality engulfing our nation. It is “us” and “them” as never before.
Never in our nation has there been so much hate, and bitterness as that we see in the media and the new administration.
Our U.S. National Capitol building in Washington DC has become an armed camp – a fortress, fortified with soldiers – fenced with barbed wire. For what? Against an imagined insurrection of a mob of citizens that never materialized. “Get the machine guns out and mow them down,” one said.
The new administration is living in fear. Their Godless and lawless approach has allowed Antifa and BLM (Black Lives Matter) to riot and burn and incite their own insurrection at the U.S. National Capitol building in Washington DC.
Contrary to their claims, there is no growing national security threat from the supporters of the last administration. Through phone tracking technology, the FBI was able to track every single member of those radical groups as they battered down the doors at the U.S. National Capitol building in Washington DC. They know who broke out the windows – but we will never know! Now they are scared of their own shadow. They brought it on themselves.
Jeremiah 6:19 Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.
‘I will bring evil upon this people’ Brethren, do we think that God will not keep Is word? Evil is coming upon this people. We are living in the last days of America.
Putting up all that barbed wire in Washing DC is no more than old fashioned psychological warfare – a mere strawman to direct attention away from their own ineptness.
The new regime in Washington DC trusts in their fortress with soldiers – fences and barbed wire. God says their fortification will not protect them one bit.
Brethren, how many of you speak fluent Mandarin Chinese?
Deuteronomy 28:49 The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue [language] thou shalt not understand;
Deuteronomy 28:50 A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favor to the young:
How many cows does it take to feed a 200,000,000 man army?
Deuteronomy 28:51 And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.
Deuteronomy 28:52 And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
The media and the new administration lie about everything.
Isaiah 59:12 For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;
Isaiah 59:13 In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
For four years, all we heard was ‘Russia, Russia, Russia. It was a manufactured scandal. They all knew it contrived. It was lies. Sadly, everyone was in on it. From the department of Justice, to the FBI, to the media – all words of falsehood.
As a result of a rotten government system, many innocent victims never received justice. Justice was not to be found.
Lies and falsification to the FISA court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, brought only probation and $100 fine.
Isaiah 59:14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
Brethren, every attempt to get lawful votes counted has failed in the courts. When someone tries to do it right and follow the law – they come under brutal attack.
Isaiah 59:15 Yea, truth fails; and he that departs from evil makes himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no judgment.
Paraphrasing Isaiah 59:15, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò wrote:
“In an apparently inexplicable way, the good are held hostage by the wicked and by those who help them either out of self-interest or fearfulness.”
Yes, God is displeased with our government. Why is this taking place in our great country?
The answer is because we have turned our back on God. We have not repented. We are not entirely pleasing to God.
2Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
‘My people’ – called by my name; who are they? I don’t think that is Tennessee and Arkansas!
My people’ – called by my name, includes the Church of God brethren who are scattered in disunity. God is not pleased with those who place their church organization over Christ’s desire that we all be one in spirit and brotherly love (John 17 – 5 places)
In the face of this onslaught, how much longer can we expect to enjoy our Constitutional freedom of religion in this country?
We are in a Constitutional crisis of biblical proportions. Over half of the country no longer trusts their congressmen, the FBI, the CIA, the Attorney General – because they no longer represent the people. They cover for one another. They serve themselves and their special interest groups.
We no longer enjoy a government for the people and by the people. The voice of the people is not heard. Jesus said, “Watch therefore:” (Matthew 24:42).
When speaking of the day and hour of His return to this earth, Jesus instructed us to watch and pray so that we are not overtaken unawares:
Mark 13:32 Of that day and that hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Mark 13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
What are we to watch for? What are we to pray about? We know that just before Jesus returns, the entire population of the earth will agonize in immeasurable travail in the Tribulation—the time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7).
Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it:
Brethren, make no mistake about it, the true Church of God brethren are also in the crosshairs. God is not pleased with our nation.
Has our Creator God begun to remove the blessings of national greatness that He promised Abraham (Genesis 12:2)?
Who in this nation has ever given God the credit for our exceptionalism? In recent days we have witnessed massive and widespread censorship of citizens in violation of their free speech rights secured by the First Amendment.
Next, they will be shutting down Reddit, (a social news aggregation) that tries to hold their own against the titans of Big Tech, commerce, industry, and Silicon Valley.
We have entered an unprecedented time! It seems that we have come to a major pivot point in our nation from which we may well not recover.
The voices of the citizenship are being censured and silenced as a prelude to the eradication of the practice of religious freedom.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof …;” (First Amendment: Constitution of United States of America).
Jesus foretold this time when the Gospel would no longer be preached. All efforts to do so will be censured and prohibited:
John 9:4 I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. [Preach the Gospel]
Brethren, how do we prepare for such a day? How much longer will we have the opportunity to preach the Gospel to all creation? We exist in a house of cards – ready to collapse in a moment.
Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near:
Brethren, what will you do when the airwaves, internet, and the printing presses are silenced? Will you hunger and thirst for God’s word? What is your fallback position?
Amos 8:10 And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.
Amos 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amos 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.
Amos 8:13 In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst. [God’s Spirit and God’s word]
Today, we think that we have need of nothing. We have thousands of sermons and 10 thousands of articles at our fingertips.
Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
God is warning the Church brethren. All fury is being rapidly unleashed by radical Executive decrees against our nation with the stroke of a pen. Executive Orders allow almost unchecked power to establish a socialist style rule on America. The rulers are gathered together against the Lord, and against His Messiah (Acts 4:26):
Psalm 2:1-2 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed.
The curse that is about to descend upon our heads defies imagination. With a great majority in the legislative branch approving of it, election fraud is here to stay – it remains unchecked.
From now on, no one’s vote will count for anything because voter fraud has been accepted and institutionalized:
Psalm 14:2-3 The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
The indomitable American spirit is being overwhelmed and quashed to the extent that it may not rise again. Government corruption is endemic in this rigged system—the ‘fix’ is in.
CCP (Chinese Communist Party) influence and incursion is so widespread in Washington DC that every institution is in imminent danger— the whole head is sick (Isaiah 1:5). God is speaking about us:
Isaiah 1:4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
Isaiah 1:5 Why should ye be stricken anymore? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”― Edmund Burke paraphrasing Proverbs 24:11-12.
The problem we face is that Good men can forget that Truth, Justice, Freedom and Honor are principles and virtues worth dying for.
Tax payer’s funds are being used, not only in America, but around the globe to promote the abortion of innocents (God tells us to choose life: Deuteronomy 30:19).
Rescinding the previous administration’s pro-life policies and laws, the new regime is deeply committed to making sure everyone has access to abortion even if the Supreme Court reverses Roe v. Wade.
Making abortion the law of the land, the new regime, “…is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.” The Supreme Court, by its silence has committed political suicide.
A stacked court – which this new regime has promised – will render the Supreme Court to be diluted and useless – merely a pawn for the ruling majority.
Look at the obvious signs of how our national leaders have rejected Godliness: The Ten Commandments are looked down upon with utter contempt, especially God’s Sabbath rest; one parent homes are the norm; Children grow up being raised by an irreligious state; same sex unions are politically correct; out of wedlock births are the norm; millions of abortions of precious God given life never entered the mind of God!
Every life is a gift from our Great God, and the taking of that life, no matter how early or late, is murder and a violation of the Ten Commandments.
And now, the dam of moral restraint has broken entirely! Anything and everything goes!
Jeremiah 19:4-5 …They have filled this place with the blood of innocents; They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spoke it, neither came it into my mind.
